    Felt ok, but couldn't hold my goal pace. Some in part due to the wind, some due to some stomach issues and some due to not getting in the type of training I needed. All in all a good race.

    Got booted from the track so had to do my 800s on the road. It was raining and cold and I didn't feel too fast, but got them in.

    Averaged about a 2:40 for each 800.

    Nice easy 5 miles to loosen up the legs after a night of pacing.

    Pace Edward for 37 miles at Zumbro. This was mostly the night sections so we were moving a bit slow.

      No not thy slow. But we did run into a friend that did an 11+ hour 17mi lap.

    Legs were a bit tired and it was freezing rain. Dressed poorly and get really cold and wet fast. Only did 3x800m repeats.

    Felt good after a longer warm up. Took a few days off of marathon training, so needed a few extra miles to get back in the swing of things.

    First attempt at the Beer Mile. It was horrible and I had to take a penalty lap. Much room for improvement.

    Did a 5 mile loop at Split Rock. Lots of snow and stopped for a snowball fight.

    Legs felt sore and heavy but somehow still managed to run a good pace. Saw Adam S. out on the run too. They told me all of the fast runners run along River Road, I guess they were right.
