    Long run with Becky following the lake trail. Perfect weather. First half took 1:10:49 second half was 1:07:13 and stuck to run 4 walk 1 and had Gu's at 50mins and 1:45.

    Stuck mostly to run 4 walk 1. Didn't take any nutrition with, just water, which I felt after about 5 miles. Weather was nice, about 60 and breezy.
