After a Back operation in Jan 2013, 2014 is my turn to go longer, aiming at 2 1/2 marathons, 3 OD triathlons, 1 mid-distance Tri (70.3) and York Marathon.

    Good session mixing in 6 1/2 mile hard efforts. Legs felt weaker than they should. Got home and within 30 mins felt really ill.Not good news 3 weeks away from Yorkshire a Marathon

    Not a great run I was stiff as a board from driving today and gardening before I went out, then pacing was all over the place and did not feel comfortable until 5 miles.

    Ran with Joanne and used as recovery run. So proud of Jo running her 1st race despite a chest infection so kept going and did not stop
