After a Back operation in Jan 2013, 2014 is my turn to go longer, aiming at 2 1/2 marathons, 3 OD triathlons, 1 mid-distance Tri (70.3) and York Marathon.

    Not a great run I was stiff as a board from driving today and gardening before I went out, then pacing was all over the place and did not feel comfortable until 5 miles.

    Solo hill session do never fun especially when a Hen tries to knock you off your bike and your chain comes off going down hill when trying to pick up some momentum for the up hill to follow !!!
