Repeated yesterdays workout - less some of the leg movements, could hardly do the leg presses. Amped up the arms and the chest though, definitely getting stronger there.

Would've loved to run outside, but I just couldn't bear that wind when my basement is 70 degrees.... and no wind. Its definitely a tradeoff, but one I don't regret today.
