      The humidity is like an cloak surrounding you. Way to push it out today. I'm the opposite of you; can't stand anything around my waist. went to the handheld bottle in April. there's a new bottle, Simple Hydration (i think) that fits in the small of your back. Might look at it. Good work.

      Hmm. Have to agree that music helps. Of course, we can't where those during a tri race, but music should help you "memorize" that pace/cadence/feeling.

      Skibba, not in a while, no. Weaning myself back into some semblance of shape. However, this is the week I get serious about the add-ons -- the accels at the end, the progression runs, adding pick-ups in, working my way to a steady pace run. I do think it's more mental than anything! Sad but true...
