    Sprinting hills (or attempting to) is not a great idea in the afternoon. I was stiff the first half mile but was good until mile 3.5. Then I slammed in to the wall. Love those hills!

      Amazing how one day can make all the difference. NCR was awesome yesterday. I can't imagine doing the trail today. Yuk!
