Felt nice to get off the treadmill. Far too chilly to be outside today. I was running a very slow pace (10min+) to start then slowly increased the speed. After I Gu'ed at 40 min, literally 30 seconds later my body said we're going to pick up the pace to 8min miles. Shortly thereafter my body said, we're done. Not so bad for the first week back for marathon training. I will be running at least 5 days a week for the rest of training which means I will be increasing mileage considerably over the next few weeks. 14 Miles a week just isn't going to cut it!
