      Take some Motrin, Ibuprofen, etc. and take a little break. You jumped feet first on this challenge! Your body is in shock. Slowly work your way back up. I am so glad to see you working so hard towards your goal!

      I agree with Heather...listen to your body...take a break and ease back into it. Before you know it you'll be good as new! Glad to have you in the challenge!
