  8. Have taken last 2 days off to rest my knees. Looking forward to getting back at it tomorrow. Probably going to Wellston Trail to do some light running.

      Take some Motrin, Ibuprofen, etc. and take a little break. You jumped feet first on this challenge! Your body is in shock. Slowly work your way back up. I am so glad to see you working so hard towards your goal!
