    @Rick - yeah, I'm hopeful. If ever there was a course made for me and my penchant for downhill running, it's St George. Early weather forecasts look promising (highs in low 80s for the day, which means 50s-low70s during race). I just made my pace band, with splits leading to a 2:58:40. Now I just gotta do it :-)
