After a rare day off yesterday, the legs were fired up for this one. I opted for 4 x mile repeats on the TM with a 1.5 mi easy w/u and easy half miles between the reps. Faster mile intervals were 6:10, 6:07, 6:03 and 6:07. Max HR 170 at the tail end of the last one.

Sweet mother- those are some speedy repeats. I don't think my TM goes that fast! Good to see you yesterday, though I hardly recognized you in your non-running clothes!

There you are!! You have no idea how out of line things get when you don't post for a day. People start to talk ...calls to the police are made ...detectives are hired ...search parties are deployed. I think that day off REALLY paid off for you. Killer repeats this morning.
