... that I'd have a tempo on my TM set for the first rainy morning we've had in forever. I almost changed it up, but work continues to be very busy, so no time for 14 today. 1.5 mi w/u, 5.75 @ tempo (between 6:44 and 6:35 pace), short c/d. Avg HR 151, max 170.

    We had the rain yesterday, and today the humidity :). You made the best of it and got those tempo miles done. Good job today.

    It is hard to pass up a morning like this, so I can only imagine that work must be demanding right now. That, and the 90 soccer practices you have :) Looking forward to Saturday, it could be "epic" FYI- N ran a 553. Crap. I am screwed. He is freaky fast.
