That is one hell of a pacing time. My Marathon time Goal is 3:14 PR is 3:19 I'd probably feel safe pacing around 3:45 to 4:00. No pressure though for you. lol Crazy!

Just got back from California. Do you think some of it was the goal of sub-10 minute pace? Did the high heart rate make you feel like it was unsustainable? If you weren't enjoying it, I think you were right to shut it down. Hope the reboot for July goes better Jon. Chat soon.
