great Pack Monadnock 10 Miler (Mountain Running Race) 10.02 mi 01:16 07:34 pace

New course PR today!!! This race is the 10 miler from hell... but it is a beautiful place to run. This course has an elevation gain of 2142ft with a 840ft gain in the last 1.34 miles. This was my 3rd year running this race and took 8 min off last years time.
Finished 30th overall, 11th ag.

    Thanks guys! It felt great... going into it this morning i was hoping to beat 1:18 and crushed it. Kept my avg pace sub 7 until mile 8.
