  1. VELO
NRT: Mial Plantation to Ander... 16.2 mi 01:00 16.2mph pace

Wonderful ride! Felt great and can definitely tell my legs are returning to form as I power up the hills.

  2. RUN
good CCT: Behind the mall 2.3 mi 00:23 10:10 pace

This was a speed interval workout. Ran 30-60-90 sprints with some walking recovery in between. Felt good. The 90's were challenging! Will do a variation of this workout once again!

  3. RUN
good NRT: Mial Plantation Rd to Jo... 3 mi 00:30 10:00 pace

Nice run in the cool, dry air this morning! Took Gracie along with me and she kept pace nicely.

  4. RUN
good NRT: Mial Plantation Rd to Jo... 2.5 mi 00:25 10:00 pace

Nice run on a chilly start to the morning. It was just me, Gracie the dog and 22 deer (!) out there on the trail today. Very peaceful.

  5. FIT
good Core Routine @ the ABT Gym 00:40

Great core workout during lunch. Hardest part was working on the side abductors!

  6. VELO
good Trainer Ride 8.5 mi 00:30 17.0mph pace

Nice consistent pace trainer ride this morning. Legs felt a little fatigued after yesterday's run. Glad to have that fatigue feeling once again!

  7. RUN
good NRT: Mial Plantation out and ... 2 mi 00:20 10:00 pace

Nice run with Gracie this morning. She kept pace really well (ok, she was pulling me at points!). Biggest issue: the river was way up and flooded out the path so I had to turn around earlier than p... read more

  8. VELO
good Trainer Ride 8.5 mi 00:30 17.0mph pace

Solid Z3-Z4 continuous pace ride this morning.

  9. VELO
good Trainer Ride 9 mi 00:32 16.9mph pace

10 min of Z2, 11 min of alternating 1 min climbs to get into Z3-4 and 10 min of stead pace in Z2. Was very nice to sweat it out in the basement while the temps were in the teens outside!

  10. VELO
good Trainer Ride 8.5 mi 00:30 17.0mph pace

Solid session. Good hill climbing during the middle portion of the workout.

  11. VELO
good Trainer Ride 13 mi 00:45 17.3mph pace

Feeling very good now on the trainer. Mixed in 4x2-minute climbs on the level 2 & 3 resistance settings. Felt great to really work the legs more. Toughest part of the workout: looking across th... read more

good Trainer Ride 12.5 mi 00:45 16.7mph pace

Another solid session on the trainer. I'm on pace to be back to an hour on the trainer by next week (could have done it today!). Ready to start plowing through the resistance settings to build... read more

    Another getting started trainer ride.

  14. VELO
good Trainer Ride 9 mi 00:31 17.4mph pace

First time this winter on the trainer. Glad to be back on it. This was a simple ride to check the setup and start to condition the legs. Distance is an estimate.

  15. RUN
good NRT: Mial Plantation to Johns... 3 mi 00:30 10:00 pace

It was cold and somewhat rainy this morning. And dark. And, I didn't really want to go out there and run. But my new running partner (our dog, Gracie) was raring to go and we went. And I'... read more

This was my inaugural "dog run!" I took our dog, Gracie, out with me this morning to see if she could handle running with me. She did great (and she pushed the pace a little)! We definite... read more

good NRT: Mial Plantation out and ... 2.1 mi 00:20 09:31 pace

  18. RUN
good CCT: ABT into the woods and back 3 mi 00:30 10:00 pace

Solid run. Really struggled on the first mile, but found my groove and settled in. I know that the first couple of weeks or so are all about working back into a rhythm, but I'll be back to for... read more

Nice to be out running again after an extended head cold. Probably pushed the pace a little too fast for this run, but I'll make it!
