    I ran the first 2 miles with Erik, Erin, and Connie, then broke off because my calves were hurting. After some walking I started to do intervals and that helped stretch things out.

      Did you injure your ankle again? or is it still flare-up from last year's sprain?

      nothing that serious. I was geocaching all day on Saturday. I think it was more of an overuse/tweaked it a few times thing. On sunday when I got up it hurt to walk, but I think I've worked the kinks out now.
