    Longest Elliptical workout I've ever done, but it was in place of my weekend long run. Really worked up a sweat.

    Had to stop because right knee started hurting. I must have injured it a bit running the 1/2 marathon.

      Did you take any recovery days after the 1/2? Good job getting out there again, maybe a few crosstraining days to get the knee feeling better.

      I didn't run Monday or Tuesday. I'll have to be content cross training the next few days.
