    Did 315 for 3x3 dropped down to 295 for 2X8 I was pretty tired!
    Deadlift: 3×3, 1×8, 1×8+
    (Compare to 8/6/14 & 7/30/14)

    Up the ridge 3 times 5100 ft of climb total! Then to crossfit for an hour... Then tried not to puke, and passed out during nap time with my son!

      I don’t do it as much as I should but I like crossfit workouts (except burpees, burpees suck). You don’t just run with your legs. Awesome workout Jon!

    Ran 6.5 to crossfit, During crossfit I ran .75 carrying a 40lb sand bag (as well as a bunch of other crossfit type stuff...) then ran 2.5 more miles to starbucks. It was so MUGGY and Nasty!
