    Shoveling is like a work out. Isn't it? Ever since Friday, it has been too cold. I'm a big wimp.

      A good solid workout can leave you a little shaky and its better to walk if you're feeling shaky.

      I go pretty slow because it is through the woods. It only hurts when I go up slopes. I think it is because I am in a little better shape than going cold turkey.
