    Good run, pushed a little hard for the last 3 miles and had to back off a bit, but good pace for everything else. Tired now.

    Felt a little sluggish for the first ~0.5 or so, but it went away and turned out to be a nice run. Out at the parents house, with plenty of steep little hills and winding paths.
