Felt absolutely great tonight. Kept bumping up the pace on the treadmill and never looked back. I probably could have hung in there another ten minutes, but nature called. Best run for me yet, I feel.

Did the fat burning setting on the treadmill. Brisk walking, mixed with jogging. I have been enjoying the running, but figured I'd give this a shot, since losing body fat is one of my goals.
