      Don't despair John. A couple off runs is no big deal. You've been consistent for many, many weeks. You are doing the Colfax Marathon right? If so, you've got a few weeks to evaluate things. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hang in there buddy!

      Thanks, my friend! I'm actually running Colorado and I'll be running the Colfax relay (last leg). I'm taking it day by day. Today was good, so that's good news. If I'm not 100% I'll just try to do my best and might scrap the PR attempt. Either way, I'm more confident today. Thanks again for the support!
