    Great race for a great cause (autism awareness)!! Didn't beat my time for my last half marathon but did keep moving most of the time (that last mile was definitely the toughest to push through).

    Day 20 of the Fab ab Challenge-70 crunches, 18 pushups, and 55 second plank. Then decided to add in 50 walking lunges at the end.
