Just wanted to get a few miles in but after 1st mile warm up @9.13mm, I needed to mix it up a little. So I did some mixed intervals did Hill interval @5.5 incline, speed interval@ 6.40mm, hill interval at 6.0 incline, speed interval @ 6mm, hill interval @ 7.0 incline. I dont know about the rest of you guys but the TM is easier to take when I mix it up! Have a great weekend speedsters.
