great TM Hill Intervals at the Y 4.5 mi 00:42 09:15 pace

Did a mile warm up and then did 6 x 400 hill intervals. Speed was same all the way through including in between intervals. incline grades were 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, and 8.5. I really enjoy this kind of a workout because even though it can be intense during the intervals, I feel I can always hang on for 400m. Anyway had a blast! Woot!
