    My running has bee spotty at best, my over all pace shows it. I really want to get myself back into running 3 times a week.

    Did my best to keep moving against the wind. I really wanted to give up about halfway through. I kept moving and got my miles in.

    Perfect weather for a bike ride. My wife and I's first outing on the bikes after she got them fixed for us. She would like to go farther next time so we shall.
