Went great.. started out slow, was alittle tierd after 4 hrs of sleep but it was flat and fast and I should of stepped it up a notch. I def could of got my goal.

Not sure.. I need to do some race hunting... Hey by the way.. the STL rock and roll Half is on my birthday this year.. You know when your old when you think running a race on your birthday instead of partying.

Well over all got a 270... Max my push ups and missed my sit ups by 4 and ran slow at a 15:40... it was hot at 9 am!... I suck at life!

hey a 270 is pretty good. but apparently you can haul around that big manly chest very fast yet.
