    Beautiful day for a ride. White loop mostly Solo after Train Wreck broke his chain, then White again with Train Wreck and Darin until Dam drop and completed most of red loop.

    6 with Barney and the LGRAW Babes(Less LN), then 12 solo at MP. Fitness, energy great, all sorts of pains in legs and feet.

    Tried this first thing in the morning and bailed after a mile due to knee pain. Knee felt better later in the day after I did some yoga so tried it again.

    This trail not as good shedding rain as Clinton River trail. Just ran intervals hard and didn't worry about pace due to muddy trail.

    Was supposed to do some cruise intervals but rain and 38 degrees was demotivating to run fast. Knee much better than yesterday, at least it wasn't on the treadmill.Try again tomorrow.

    Trespassing Team Ks running playground. Knee not feeling great in the hills so took it easy.
