    6.05 mi 00:56 09:15 pace

Second run back from the break. Feeling better but bloated like a overstuffed Water buffalo pounding down the sidewalks. Need to start back on proper eating and water ingestion to flush out the mon... read more

Accidentally left auto pause off on watch so was recording all my stoplights, and stopping to take pic of sunset at airport. Oops. It’s nice to be back after month layoff after the heavy season of ... read more

Super cold, overcompensated with layers and later regretted it. Wasn’t really bothered with time this race anyway. Beautiful day once the ears stopped freezing.

  4. RUN
    6.75 mi 01:01 09:02 pace

Nice short run before work. My work week begins again. T-3 days before next Marathon. Yes. A workday marathon. Run a marathon. Then go to work. Yes. That’s my life.

  5. RUN
    6.95 mi 01:00 08:38 pace

First run back after two week layoff. It’s been two weeks since the last marathon, and 5 days before the next. Funny how two weeks after a good solid race I feel like a whale on stilts. Geeze.

  6. RUN
    26.2 mi 03:49 08:44 pace

Nice solid result at the PEI International Marathon. Not as many hills as Valley Harvest so it was good to coast with effort. Decent weather as well. Cloudy and cool but no rain and not too windy. ... read more

  11. RUN
    7.15 mi 01:06 09:13 pace

Easy afternoon run after work. It’s coming. Marathon #5 of the year in T-5 days.

  12. RUN
    8.25 mi 01:16 09:12 pace

Easy run in the drenching rain along the highways and back through town. Haven’t been that wet in a long time. Lots of long looks out of cars from the couch potatoes driving by.

  13. RUN
    6.85 mi 00:55 08:01 pace

Not sure what I was trying to draw but got some good speedwork in tonight after work. Good run.

  14. RUN
    6.15 mi 00:57 09:16 pace

Short lil easy run to start off the final run up to the next marathon. T-9 days. Toasty and dry out there. Rather wish I had brought Water.

  15. Taking a few days to heal up a strained leg. Doing lots of core/crosstraining in the meantime so shouldn’t lose any fitness. Next marathon in less than two weeks. Following one 6 days after that. Yay!

  16. RUN
    5.85 mi 00:54 09:13 pace

Short easy run before work. Slow recovery run after yesterday’s hard tempo. Legs tired.

  17. RUN
    11.5 mi 01:39 08:36 pace

Ten mile tempo run at 8:26 followed by 1.5 mile cooldown. Glad I was able to hit the pace this soon after the race. Happy with that.

  18. RUN
    5.95 mi 00:54 09:04 pace

Today’s first run back after marathon. Took it easy but threw in hills. Next two races have rolling hills. Better get used to them now.

  19. RUN
    26.2 mi 03:43 08:30 pace

Placed 1st in my age group! Set a new marathon PR! Woop whoop!!
