    Solid tempo run in the heat. Averaged Heart rare at 150 bpm up to 161. Good effort. Goal was to keep pace under 8:23 min/mi. I’d say I accomplished that. Looking forward to cooler temps this weekend.

    Slow easy run sort of turned into a negative split. Everything felt smooth and easy so it was fun to turn up the speed a bit. Heavy heavy dinner Definately made the start a challenge though.
