Still working on beating 3:45 in the marathon, and a Sub 1:50 Half. So far accomplished 9 marathons (PB 3:49:20 (2014) , 6 half marathons, and a ten k (49:34)

      Thanks Sue. It wasn’t my best race but made do. Extremely hilly. Just chilled and relaxed for a 4:07 finish. On to PEI for next race Sunday.

      It was a tough race. Very hilly. Wasn’t able to maintain goal pace so just relaxed and enjoyed scenery, met some interesting people. 4:07. Running in PEI on Sunday

    Short lil easy run to start off the final run up to the next marathon. T-9 days. Toasty and dry out there. Rather wish I had brought Water.

  15. Taking a few days to heal up a strained leg. Doing lots of core/crosstraining in the meantime so shouldn’t lose any fitness. Next marathon in less than two weeks. Following one 6 days after that. Yay!
