A nice, easy going , humid cruise through this well shaded blacktop track . The park was pretty much deserted except for a very public affection showing couple sitting at a picnic table ...Jeeeeze..GetaRoom!!!LOL...anyway...I got my groove early in the run and accomplished my main goal in todays workout... a Great sweat and a Good Stretch at the end !! Have a GREAT Friday Friends !!!
