    My leg (Sciatic nerve/Hamstring) still keeping me from running.
    Rode Vaughn Rd, Bell, Atl Hwy, Pike, RTR, Wilson Y, EC Loop. Traffic started getting heavy for the last few miles.

    This was my first run since I started feeling better. I caught an upper respiratory bug of some sort and have not run since the 26th. I had little endurance. Heart rate verses pace was way off.

    Very stiff and cold west wind. Felt like I was running hills. My cold weather gear kept me warm. Tomorrow will be harder. I have 19 miles and the forecast low is 27. I hope there is no wind.

      Wow, intervals, meteors, and deer in town makes for a great run! I bet Payne Road is a great place to see the meteors because it is pretty dark towards the south end.

    Nice and cool solo run to break in the new Brooks PureFlow 2 shoes that I bought from MMS. I think I have found a replacement for the Kinvara 2 shoes that I like so much.

      @ Jeff, unfortunately Sunday is the only day I have enough time in the morning to get in my long run. Unless I want to start at 4am on a weekday....NOT!

    We were in Huntsville on Saturday for a wrestling tournament. Got in an early morning 8 mile run at marathon pace.
