      I guess you are doing the York marathon ... no, that can't be right as it isn't until October. So, which marathon are you doing then? 5:27, that's a tidy pace ... and you are right, you sure will be able to do the distance. Remind me, what's your goal for the next one (the little blurb on the side of DM says 3:30:00 in 2014).

      My goal remains sub 3:30. Realistically my preparation has been too disrupted, so I guess I would be happy 3:40 (BQ time for my age). Main aim is to enjoy the occasion, so as long as I avoid DNS or DNF I will be satisfied.
