    OK, so not a true indication of speed but as a comparison to my fitness 4 months ago it was 50 watts more and 10 minutes faster so I'm pretty happy.

      Was it an all out 20 mile effort? I'm reading a good book by Michael Hurchinson at the mo about the pursuit of speed on a bike. All bio-physiology etc ... It's confusing! You've got a lot of power and a big engine so it's a good start.
