      It is easy! just do 100 pushups, each day thru the month (for a whole month). You can do ten sets of ten, five sets of twenty or crank out all of them at once. You can do them "regular" or on your knees, just do one-hundred per day. It really tones up your shoulders and triceps!

    Family Hike on Iron Hill Trail. Diana, Christina and I (and the dog too!) enjoyed a amazing cool afternoon.... after I did work stuff all morning... meh

    Work destroyed my weekend...I even had a triathlon scheduled. oh well, it is good to have a job. This was a nice stress-relief ride on a lovely Saturday afternoon.
