      Sadly it's standard practice for most of the metro area tracks. The one I've found that isn't locked isn't safe at 6:00 am when I need to run :-(

    mileage and time estimate. Ran the Pinthoti 100 course from (about) mile 20 to mile 40. Battled spiderwebs, wind, rain and scared up a bunch of turkey's.
