      This makes me miss cycle class. We have a nice new stationery bike but the pedal is warped. Need to call the company for a replacement. Ughh. Nice pace on those climbs, John.

      thanks! I was having trouble staying motivated when I spin at home. The classes have worked out well. I just wish they had them early, before work.
