    Really felt that extra gear kick in today. I don't know if it was the weather or the time of day but I really felt good coming out of the 3rd mile and I just never let up.

    Despite some extreme tightness in my left hamstring and possible pinched sciatic nerve this was a blessing. Everything really loosened up. I know it's temporary but I hope it continues.
