    One of my fastest runs for a long time. Not an event but nearly 10 minutes off my 10K PB. Not bad considering the snow and gales.

      I dont have any real plans yet, new working patterns have disrupted my running schedule a bit. I'm trying to be consistent in my running but my mileage is suffering a bit.
