Sore from my 12 miles on Sunday... Doing the R.I.C.E. method on my feet but still a bit swollen. I am tapering now (thank goodness!) and am taking some ibuprofen. Anyone have any other suggestions. Have to do a 4 miler today. Maybe that will make it feel better...
