I do that on purpose sometimes with longer weekday runs. Both seem short and easy, but together, they are a pretty nice distance. It's all about brain games for me!

Thanks! We had kids sleep over and were watching The Spy Next Door and I got engrossed watching it! Note to self, do not watch TV before you go out for the morning run - especially in Florida!

OK. So, maybe I can do the OUC half again this year and if the foot is not well for that then maybe I can do the half in Tavares that is in Feb... Not happy, but what can you do?! I know, don't run on roads that are slanted for a long period of time! I am boycotting Lake Norris Road!!
