  1. So, I am out of commission for 4 weeks as I have a stress fracture on my foot :-(

      OK. So, maybe I can do the OUC half again this year and if the foot is not well for that then maybe I can do the half in Tavares that is in Feb... Not happy, but what can you do?! I know, don't run on roads that are slanted for a long period of time! I am boycotting Lake Norris Road!!

      I do that on purpose sometimes with longer weekday runs. Both seem short and easy, but together, they are a pretty nice distance. It's all about brain games for me!

    Did not take my Garmin and did not see the time I left. But the point is that I did 10. I think it was a little more but that should be good to get me back on track. Yeah!

    What an awesome run this morning! It was overcast and breezy which made for a great run. Took my time and just enjoyed my morning with the world.

      Thanks! We had kids sleep over and were watching The Spy Next Door and I got engrossed watching it! Note to self, do not watch TV before you go out for the morning run - especially in Florida!

    Started off with cinder blocks on my feet because of all the adult beverages and food over the holiday weekend but ended up having an awesome sprint workout after the 15 minute mark.
