Challenging run this morning, but fun. Haven't run this distance since PF Chang's. Decided to go out and run it as a training run. I know I could have run it harder or easier for that matter, but I'm really happy with the results. The uphill sections I definitely put in 100%, and actually felt really strong on them. Until mile 10.5, I was done with the hills. I almost threw in the towel & started walking (oh no)! Luckily, I won that little mind game and finished strong. Everyone raced really strong this morning, congrats to my fellow DM'ers Octavio H., Paul M., and Jim P., great job guys! :)
