    DNF due to very point specific shin splints in left leg and other aches (hips and knees NOT thrilled with affairs). I was hoping I just taped my leg badly but removing the tape made things worse.

    Shockingly good, it was tough but I chugged through, wrapped my shin and had no pains to speak of beyond the usual blisters and some stiffness afterward.
