8miles easy jogging. Hamstrings hurt whenever I run 10minutes/mile or faster. So I slowed down further, I remembered it didn't hurt when I ran with Katkat. So it worked, hamstring demands very easy running for the meantime. At least I could still run quite long, as long as the pace is slow, and I've burned 800calories :-)
