      Nice job!!!!!!!!!! Do you run 400's fast enough to get a sub 10? I did all of my OHS unbroken, but my 400's take between 1:45 and 2:00.

      Flexibility makes me get wonky in the ohs after 4-6 reps, reset, 4-6, reset....unbroken, but just catching my balance. I'll time my 400's next time to see how they are going....I think I can 1RM a sub1 400, I bet I'm averaging a 1:30 during the workout. Thanks everyone!

      @joey, you are right on this. Keep working on that. I can do a deficit, but not during a WOD yet. Maybe once a week d 5 x 5 deficit HSPU as part of a strength set. I'm going to do them today!

      Sucky. I don't have a way to spot, so every time I do bench I stop around 285 for safety's sake. I want to buy the spotter arms for my half rack so I can bench without worry, but it's the least priority piece on my list of things to acquire. I think my max is around 305, 310. If I benched a bit more I think it would spurt and plateau around 340.

      My left hand that that EXACT cut on my ring finger. It didn't bleed at least. After pull ups saturday, T2B monday, pull ups yesterday and pull ups today I'm slightly over grabbing anything. Steering wheels, refrigerator door handles, coconut oil jars.. everything hurts!

      Also, i cannot believe you used 165# in that WOD and still finished so fast!!! None of the guys in my class finished that fast and I don't know that any of them used 165#

      Bwaahhaha. @ Bob - Pistols for me are more a test of flexibility than capability.
      @Kyra - Hahhaha. I think I had 415, maybe 425 but lower back was feeling WAY sketchy from Murph the other day. Elite's eh? That would feel good to know I was there on body movement work. Yeah, I think I have been eating around 2000 a day and bumped it up to about 3000 now.

      So anytime they say "dont let go of the bar", it means you can rest at the bottom (not for a long time, maybe 5 seconds or so) but no taking your hands off the bar. Good work Joey - your WOD was much harder. Even though 105 is 80% of my max, 105 isn't that difficult for me.
