    good Brick part 2 - Aqueduct Run 2.5 mi 00:31 12:24 pace

  2. VELO
    good Brick Part 1 - Trainer Ride 13.26 mi 00:42 18.9mph pace

    good 1:15 trainer ride 22.34 mi 01:15 17.9mph pace

Might have been able to take this one outside since it is nice out there, but got a solid hour + on the trainer today. Didn't hit my 95 rpm avg goal but kept it pretty solid at about 90 rpm av... read more

  9. swim
good 1500 yd speed work 1500 yd 00:46 53:57 pace

Lots of work to do in the water but happy to see the 100 yd averages are consistent with minimal rest and over a longer swim (for me anyway).

  10. RUN
alright Aqueduct out and back with Bert 4.12 mi 00:57 13:49 pace

Keeping it SLOW to keep the HR down. So hard to do, but I know it will pay off in the long run.

  12. swim
    good Moderate 100s - BSC Waltham 2100 yd 01:10 58:40 pace

Thanks. The bike and I tend to get along. Talk to me later today after my 2300ish yd swim of 100 yd sets. See if I slap a smiley face on that log entry. Ha!

  14. swim
good BSC Back Bay 1000 yd 00:30 52:47 pace

Decending 100s. Strong swim overall. Definitely gassed on the last ones. 100m kick to close was 'fun' too.

  15. RUN
blah Aqueduct Neg Split OandB 3 mi 00:37 12:20 pace

I really didn't want to run. Was having a bad day after hearing horrible news about a friend's son. But I got out there with Bert (the little motivator that he is). Easy out and pushed i... read more

  16. VELO
    good Trainer ride - Target 85RPM 16.16 mi 00:50 19.4mph pace

Lunchtime trainer ride. Target: maintain 85 RPM for the ride. Avg was right at 85 so happy with the consistency.

  17. swim
good BSC Waltham 850 yd 00:22 44:31 pace

Since I tend to focus on drills and shorter intervals, I just wanted to get into the pool and get a baseline for a .5 mi swim.

  18. FIT
    good Chest / Back / Core 00:45

Chest / back / core work. Mix of different push up / pull up types with some full body crunches, russian twists and planks in there. Good session overall. As many as possible in 1 min. 2 rotations.

  19. swim
    alright BSC Wellesley 01:00

Same swim set as last week. Just keep swimming. Just keep improving.
