    Tried to run 5 miles on treadmill (Hills Route Level 3) . Only made 5k before I was bored out of my skull. I think that there is nothing harder than running like a gerbil.

    Part of a sprint distance event for Children's Hospital. Shaved 10 minutes off my Pewaukee Tri time but cramped up at the start of the run. Need to put a lot more work in.
