    Still recovering from last weekend, so I still have to take it easy. Shoulder still hurts even to get on the bike, so recumbent bike it is. for another week at least.

  3. I'm out today with injury, and am supposed to take it easy for the next 2 weeks at least. This does not bode well for the tri training. Oh well it will only make me stronger in the long run right.
