Does anyone have a secret food that they eat or drink that helps them with there run?I noticed tuna fish really helps me the most.

Tuna, huh? I tend to migrate towards carbs. Pancakes work great. Nutrigrain bars, bananas... Main thing I try to avoid here in Louisiana is spicy food. That can ruin a run pretty quickly

Sucks not to be able to log my miles the way i want to but it's the best i can do until i get something to track my miles.With that said i had a pretty good run today,though i got a little lost but got back on track ended up doing about 10mi.
