Bundled up and hopped on the mountain bike for a long ride in the cold, damp, and windy conditions. The wind was brutal when going into it, but still felt good throughout ride.

Jumped on the mountain bike and cranked the 90 bpm iPod playlist for a 90 rpm pedal speed work session. Foggy morning meant there was little to wind to contend with, and felt good throughout ride.

Upgraded the strength training workout today. I've been at 60% for a while, now it's time for 70%: 18 stations, 4 sets, 8 reps at 70% of 1RM. No problems at all, and felt great throughout workout.
