Feeling the calf muscle quite a bit today. Iced it up when finished. Also, I suspect it would be worse without the calf sleeves. I did have a few minutes during the run where my aches and pains left and I flew right along. This run was also sub-10min/mile (barely) pace. Shows I'm starting to get back into shape. Looking forward to Spring.
