Sunday Morning Yoga 00:40

After beginning yoga just over a month ago, I'm finally feeling like many of the poses are getting more natural. Still flailing around on poses such as Warrior 3, but I'm able to concentrate on my breathing & find my happy place. Yoga is a stress-reliever, so need to make sure I get to it during the middle of the hectic work week.

    They have these sticky pants at Lululemon that are supposed to help u hold your poses. They're skin tight too, so I'm guessing that'll be for u.

    Yoga and Pilates are really good for us. The muscle control and flexibility are so important; especially as we age. Keep it up.
