After beginning yoga just over a month ago, I'm finally feeling like many of the poses are getting more natural. Still flailing around on poses such as Warrior 3, but I'm able to concentrate on my breathing & find my happy place. Yoga is a stress-reliever, so need to make sure I get to it during the middle of the hectic work week.
