Some Vinyasa Yoga with relaxation exercise at the end. Really needed the relax part after the stretch. Sometimes stretching really sucks.
Now watching Kona IM on NBC. If this doesn't inspire you to go do something great, I'm not sure what will.

Yeah, stretching sucks sometimes but it's so important. Good for you for getting it done. I also watched the tail end of the IM.....so inspiring!
