Yoga seemed to help stretch out my lower back on yesterday's bike ride, so I thought I'd give it another chance. My wife wasn't able to do the balancing parts, so she proceeded to watch my uncoordinated, inflexible body flailing around. I'm sure it was very entertaining for her (better than Tuesday reruns at least). Despite the embarrassment, I'll probably try it again.

Great job Joe!! Good job giving it a try. Hopefully you will be able to stick with it too!

I would stick with it. It is difficult at first but it really does help stretch everything out. if you don't feel comfortable going to class there are some great beginners yoga dvds out there. Way to step out of your comfort zone.

Good job despite the flailing. I've tried group yoga but I can never hear the instructor. Embarrassing to always be seconds behind everyone else.

I'm a flailing inflexible yogi too. It still helps though. Nice work!
